Your NPR Read: An exercise routine that sticks.

 

We are entering that time of year where we start becoming motivated  to better our lives.  "This year is going to be different," we say!   There is nothing wrong with wanting to plan a new course for your life.  I think, though, that we should be careful to create a sustainable plan that we can realistically follow.   NPR recently had a very interesting program  that  can be a great help in charting your own path.
